Glow makeup is too difficult for combination skin.
Since the area around my nose and butterfly zone is already oily, when I do glow makeup, instead of a subtle inner glow or a natural shine, my whole face looks greasy and shiny, with a lot of oiliness!!!
I want a really elegant and luxurious glow makeup look. How can I achieve it?
So, I'm not sure how to apply a moisturizing cushion.
When I use a dewy cushion, instead of a glowing complexion, it feels like my makeup ends up making my nose and butterfly zone look greasy and shiny.
So, the makeup on the nose and butterfly zone mixes with oil, causing it to break down messily as if oil is rising to the surface, and the makeup around the nose wears off faster without lasting.
If I have combination skin and use a moisturizing cushion, how should I do my skincare routine?
Also, I don't think a dewy cushion will work. When I use dewy foundations, they tend to be watery, so I don't feel like they provide good coverage. How do you handle coverage when using dewy foundations?
I don't want my face to be too shiny, and I want a three-dimensional glow only on the raised areas. Do I need to apply powder to the other parts?
I wanted an inner glow, so I tried the Etude product recommended by Choi Hwa-jung, but compared to Glow Makeup, it was too shiny for me, like I had dropped 2-3 drops of oil.
Glow makeup is so difficult.
I’d like to know what products those of you with combination skin like me use that provide good coverage while also being good at glow makeup. Please recommend products that are easy for combination skin to use and allow me to achieve a natural glow, especially since I lack makeup skills!!
Please also tell me how to achieve a subtle glow makeup look with eyeshadow without making the crease line look messy.
