How to get rid of internal dryness

My skin has been so dry lately.

Please share any tips for treating inner dryness or recommendations for good skin lotions.

I am using this ampoule, Physiogel moisturizer, and Avène lotion.

I also use a beauty device about twice a month!

I'm curious about Rejuran Healer and whether other skin boosters would be as effective.
