Concern) My makeup is hard... What is a good moisturizing powder for this season?

There is one stress in my daily life that is difficult to talk about to others.
It's makeup, but it's not working out well.
It all looks beautiful when I see others doing it, but I just can't seem to do it the way I want...
It's especially hard these days, perhaps because it's so dry.
