Please recommend a moisturizing glow foundation.

Now that the weather has suddenly turned cold, I find myself looking for dewy makeup. In the summer, I always preferred a matte finish because of the heat and sweat, but as soon as the cold wind started blowing, my skin became dry immediately. I am already worried about how tight it will feel in the winter. Espoir Be Glow has been famous for a while, but if you know of any good dewy foundations, please recommend one. I think I need to get a hydrating cushion ready in advance to prepare for the upcoming biting cold.
