Are there any cushion foundations that don't rub off much on masks?

Hello! The dry season is here. My face gets really cracked, so using powders that feel dry makes it sting. It is fine in the summer, though. Are there any hydrating cushions that give a subtle glow? I find it hard to use ones that are too shiny because my hair sticks to them and I get breakouts. Since I have large pores, I'd prefer something that breaks down naturally.
