Please recommend a good cushion foundation for glow makeup that adds vitality to the skin.

Personally, my skin tends to be very dry.

So I think skin finish is very important in makeup.

For lip products and eyeshadows, there is a wide variety of glow products, so there is a broad range of choices.

But maybe because I lack information, it is really hard for me to make my skin glow.
