What is an effective way to manage calluses on my heels? Please recommend a foot cream.

My skin is really on the dry side, so...

Calluses form easily on my heels.

It's to the point where the socks are twisting...

I peel off dead skin cells using something like a foot style.

I apply foot cream as well, but

If I don't do it for even a few days because it's a hassle, dead skin cells come back quickly.

I bought a rubber-type one that claimed to be effective for removing dead skin from the heels, but it caused a rash on the top of my foot, so I bought this instead.

They said they threw it all away...

How does everyone take care of calluses on their heels?

Please also recommend a foot cream for heel care.
