Are there any of you who get particularly severe dead skin cells?

I tend to get dead skin cells particularly quickly and severely.

I am especially worried because the calluses on my elbows and feet are so severe.

I tend to get grime on my body quickly, so after about three days of bathing, my whole body starts itching, and I have to scrub it off.

And my elbows are always stiff.

My foot calluses are particularly severe; even if I exfoliate in the morning, dead skin builds up by evening to the point where I can feel the hardness on the surface of my feet.

So in the summer, when I wear stockings, they get chafed by dead skin cells and develop holes, and in the winter, when I take off my thick stockings, the dead skin cells fall off and stick to me in a thick layer.

I feel like I get it much more severely than others. Is anyone else like me?

They say bathing too often isn't good, and that drinking water or moisturizing is enough. I try my best to do that, but I'm not seeing any improvement at all.

As a result, it has become a habit to constantly fiddle with my feet and peel off dead skin in the evenings. It doesn't look clean, and I find myself fiddling with my feet even when people are around, so it really bothers me.

I heard a lot of people use Vaseline or Gounbal, so I tried them, but they were only okay for about a day.

For those of you who are in the same situation as me, how are you managing this?

Please let me know if you have any tips.
