What could be the reason for the dead skin cells on my forehead?

I do think that skin types can vary depending on the area.

However, I only get dead skin cells on my forehead.

As autumn passes and winter approaches, dead skin cells build up on my forehead, causing my makeup to cake and look unsightly.

The forehead is especially visible on the face, so it’s really bothersome.

I've been told I take good care of my skin by moisturizing, but I can't understand why it only appears on my forehead.

I'm already worried about getting dead skin cells because of the cold wind.
