Are there any scrubs that are good for exfoliating during the changing seasons?

I don't have any special exfoliation routine other than applying body lotion, but I always envy those with smooth skin who take good care of it. White flakes of dead skin start to appear during the change of seasons, so please recommend a scrub that is moisturizing and gentle.
