Cushion-type exfoliator?

hello.
I usually struggle with dry skin, and managing dead skin cells was especially difficult. My face was always rough, and I was stressed because I could visibly see my makeup flaking off.
One day, while chatting with a friend at a cafe, the topic of exfoliation came up by chance. My friend mentioned that she had similar concerns but her skin had improved significantly after using a certain product. I was so curious that I asked what it was, and it turned out to be a 'cushion-type exfoliator.'
Has anyone used this type of exfoliator?
If you are there, would it be possible to recommend some products?
