I have dry skin and dead skin cells.

When it starts to dry out, dead skin cells begin to peel.

So I use an exfoliator and an exfoliating soap, but my skin is sensitive. Is it correct to use them this way?

Even though I applied plenty of lotion and cream, it is still like this.

Also, is it bad to scrub often?
