I am looking for a cost-effective moisturizer for dry skin.

I used to have oily skin, but as I got older, it changed to dry, and lately, it seems like I have extremely dry skin.

I usually didn't feel like my skin was particularly dry even when I only used toner or lotion, but lately I've been using sheet masks frequently. However, the dryness and itching haven't completely gone away.

I think it would be best to apply a generous amount of moisturizer frequently. Are there any popular, affordable moisturizers that are non-irritating and suitable for daily use?

I have never bought a moisturizer before, so please recommend a good product.
