I have dry skin, but the area around my nose is oily?? How do you manage it?

My skin tends to be a bit dry.

In particular, if I don't apply toner or cream immediately after washing my face, my skin feels so dry that it feels tight.

However, by the afternoon, other areas are fine, but my nose feels oily.

I thought I had dry skin, but seeing this makes me wonder if I actually have oily skin... though the oiliness around my nose is a bit bothersome.

How do skincare experts manage their skin?
