Please recommend an ampoule or moisturizing cream that is good for inner dryness.

My facial skin is getting very dry now that autumn has arrived.

I apply toner, essence, and make sure to apply moisturizer properly, but

I am worried because my internal dryness isn't getting resolved.

Skin that is moist and can maintain moisture deep within the skin
