What are some good products for controlling oiliness on the tip of the nose, which is particularly greasy on a dry face?

My skin is generally on the dry side.

My body is so dry, not just my face, that it absorbs the oil when I apply it.

Even so, whenever I wear makeup, only the tip of my nose always sparkles.

It looks like the oil gathers at the tip of the nose hahaha

What should I do about my oily nose, which is as shiny as Rudolph showing off his red nose?

Seeing how nothing much changes even when I try switching my foundation or powder, I think my skin really is the problem.

It's really bothering me because I can't keep wiping it with oil paper all the time.

I'd like to recommend a setting spray or powder that controls oil. Please let me know if you have any good recommendations.
