Are there any basic skincare products or creams that can address inner dryness?

My skin is dry, so it gets even drier during the change of seasons.

If I don't apply lotion immediately after cleansing, my face feels very tight.

So, I make sure to apply toner and lotion right after washing my face.

Even then, it only feels moisturizing the moment you apply it, and as time passes, it dries out, causing severe tightness in the face.

Which cream would be good to address internal dryness?

Please recommend some products, from basic skincare to sunscreen, that will moisturize dry skin.
