Are there any good products for exfoliating extremely dry skin that dreads the changing seasons?

I have extremely dry skin, so whenever the seasons change, it becomes particularly flaky and rough.

I even got wrinkles because of this.

I've been told to replenish moisture sufficiently, but I found it difficult to find a moisturizing cream that suits me.

So even if I apply 1.5 to 2 times the amount I usually use, it only works for a short time.
