Moisturizing cream that helps makeup apply well for dry skin during the changing seasons

The weather is still hot, but my skin is getting dry

Judging by how it feels, it must be the change of seasons.

My skin felt much drier after applying makeup than in the middle of summer.

I think it would be good to make the base a bit more moisturizing.

A cream that is more moisturizing than Estra cream, or

I'm wondering if there are any moisturizing creams that are good for dry skin during the changing seasons.
