Skin lotion recommendations suitable for combination skin with large pores

I have combination skin with large pores. My skin used to be oily in the summer, but now it seems to be getting extremely dry.

So I only used toner during the summer. Now I use lotion too, but my skin feels so tight when I use it.

Could you please recommend a toner and lotion for my dry skin?
