I would like recommendations for a moisture-resistant lotion and cream that are good for dry skin.

I have really dry skin, sweat a lot, and have large pores, so I have a lot of concerns.

It looks like it is dry, but due to excessive sweating. On the surface, it appears to have a lot of moisture and oil, and because it is shiny from sweat, it does not look like dry skin.

However, if I wash with soap once, my skin tone feels too tight and becomes dry again.

At times like that, my skin tone becomes dry and sensitive, so I don't know which lotion or cream to apply.
