Please recommend a good cream for dehydrated and oily skin in the winter.

I have combination skin that is prone to dehydration. My skin is a real headache. It gets extremely dry in the winter, but then the oil production goes crazy. I also have acne. I've heard Estra is good; would it be suitable for combination skin? Or could you please recommend a good winter moisturizing cream for combination skin? I'm so worried that my skin will be a mess again once the cold winds start blowing soon. Please recommend a good cream if you have one.
