Has anyone tried the Hera Tone-Up Cream?

I'm trying to buy Hera Tone-Up Cream on Unpa.

I want to know if it gives a bright tone-up.

I've tried the Dalba Tone Up.

Dalba Tone Up is pink with a slight sheen.

I wanted to use something that brightens the tone a little more than Dalba.
