Will using cleansing wipes cause skin sagging?

Cleansing tissues I haven't used it...

Currently, I only use Cica Foam Cleanser,

I think the 3-pack is good value for money.

If you wipe it with a cleansing tissue

I have to keep rubbing it,

Is my skin sagging a bit? Does it affect elasticity too?

How is it? For those of you who are using it...

Do you use cleansing wipes and then double cleanse with another cleansing product?
