Do you remove tone-up sunscreen just like you remove makeup?

I'm currently using Apieu Tone-Up Sunscreen.

On days when I wear regular sunscreen, I use a lot of foam cleanser, lather it up, and just scrub it off vigorously.

However, with tone-up sunscreen, if I just wipe it off, I'm not really sure if it's been removed properly. Do I need to wipe it off with toner again...?

Honestly, I'm a bit lazy. That's why I find applying makeup a hassle, so that's one of the reasons I use tone-up sunscreens like that more often.

You really have to be diligent about removing makeup, too. I tend to be a bit haphazard with my cleansing...

Should I cleanse tone-up products in two separate steps, just like I do when removing makeup, with the same care?
