I use cleansing wipes to remove sunscreen. Are there any wipes that are soft and clean well?

I've been playing in the water frequently lately. Because of that, I've been putting in extra effort to apply sunscreen generously and frequently, every hour.

When removing it, I simply scrubbed it off with a cleansing tissue and washed my face with cleansing foam.

However, even when I wipe it off with a cleansing tissue, nothing comes off like when I wear makeup, and no matter what kind of tissue I try, they feel a bit rough.

I'm not sure if cleansing wipes are supposed to be like that.

Is there anything that I really like—it removes well and is very gentle?
