What foundation or powder do you use for oily skin?

I have slightly dehydrated oily skin.

After applying the foundation, it turns slightly matte and seems to accentuate fine lines.

So I ended up just applying BB cream even though it has almost no coverage, but since it's summer, it wears off quickly.

I feel like my makeup applies more thoroughly when using foundation. If there are any foundations or powders that oily skin types are satisfied with, please recommend them.
