Are there any nose packs that shrink pores?

Back in the day, my nose pores were so small that I couldn't even imagine they were wide.

But lately, when it gets hot after I put on makeup, I can see tiny holes all over the bridge of my nose and around it.

I've been using nose strips occasionally along with massage packs for a while now. I used to feel good when sebum and fine hairs came out after peeling them off. Is this possibly related to pore size?

I'm worried that the space left by the extracted sebum might have turned into enlarged pores... How should I manage this to shrink my pores? Are there nose packs that actually reduce pore size, aside from those that just remove sebum?
