The pores next to my nose are getting bigger. How can I cover them up?

I have sensitive skin that is dehydrated oily and prone to dermatitis, and the pores around my nose are gradually getting bigger. I need cosmetics to cover these enlarging pores. Are there any foundations or products suitable for sensitive skin like mine? Do I need something like a concealer? Or could you please recommend some products that are good for shrinking pores?
