Is it okay to just apply sunscreen and use a foam cleanser?

These days I apply sunscreen and hardly wear any makeup, so

I often cleanse my face once or twice using only foam.

Even now, after going out and coming back in after applying only tone-up sunscreen

I washed my face twice with a foam cleanser. Is it okay to wash my face like this alone?

It's so hot that even cleansing feels like a hassle.
