What cosmetics are available for removing blemishes?

Something that can actually remove freckles, not just cover them up with makeup

I've heard in cosmetic commercials that it does lighten freckles.

Melasma that requires several treatments to remove even with procedures

I'm not sure if it will come off with cosmetics, though.

It's hard to erase it completely, so something that can at least make it fade a little
