Is Domina Cream effective for freckles and age spots?

I think the melasma and freckles under my eyes have increased significantly, perhaps because I wore a white mask and took a lot of walks when the UV rays were strong during the COVID-19 period. Will applying Dominna cream help lighten them? Will it be effective? Would it be better to get laser treatment at a dermatology clinic? However, an acquaintance told me that even with treatment, the spots come back quickly, so I'm hesitant. It doesn't cover up, and I want to get rid of them.
