Tiny pimples under the eyes??

It's around the eyes.

I frequently get small, millet-sized pimples, especially under my eyes and under my eyelids.

It doesn't seem like acne, and it feels somewhat hard to the touch.

I'm not sure if it's a lipoma or acne, but it keeps disappearing and reappearing.

Or it's on the eyelids too.

What could be the cause of this?

Should I go to a dermatologist for a procedure?

I don't usually go to a dermatologist. How do you handle this?
