Is it possible to remove freckles and blemishes without treatment?

As I get older, hair-like pigmentation has started to appear on my cheekbones under my eyes.

I didn't really worry about it because I could cover it up with makeup... but now that summer has arrived and my makeup is smudging from sweat and I'm going out with a bare face more often... it's starting to bother me more and more.

I considered dermatological procedures, but there were cost issues. Also, I was tempted by the many ads on home shopping channels and online claiming that you can remove freckles and blemishes just by applying a product.

If anyone has removed freckles and blemishes using only cosmetics without any procedures, please recommend some products~ I don't care if it's a basic skincare product, serum, or cream~~
