Melasma? Blemishes? Dark spots? Every dermatologist says something different...

I had to go to the dermatologist, so while I was there, I asked about the blemishes on my face.

Another dermatologist previously said it was a dark spot...

The dermatologist said it's a mix of melasma and blemishes...

So, other places said it was in the surplus... then is it not in the surplus?

I asked, and they said there are big dark spots, but the ones on my face are tiny, like freckles, so they aren't dark spots.

And then they say, "Well... you could call it a small surplus..." but my trust in them just plummeted...

They were all dermatologists...

Melasma/blemishes/dark spots... I understand that I need to use a laser that is effective for each type...

This doctor said it can be removed with a pico laser....

It's really confusing because every dermatologist says something different...

Has anyone tried shooting a pico laser...

I'm curious which one was effective...

I wonder if just one application is enough... (They said it will be 80% clean after one... Maybe it's because there isn't much.)
