I keep getting small pimples.

I suddenly started getting small pimples, which I rarely used to get. They mainly appear on my forehead, and I can't squeeze them. It also seems to be spreading, so I'm really worried. Since I have dry skin, choosing skincare products is quite difficult.

I've been using aloe cream because it seems okay since it's not very oily, but it feels like the staying power isn't very good.

Please recommend a good cream.
