Once every few months, I get a huge pimple around my chin, under my mouth.

I wait as long as possible until it festers, and then squeeze it until it bleeds.

Still, it pops up every once in a while.

Would it be better to visit a dermatologist to get an injection and have it extracted?

Do I have to wait until it fully festers before visiting a dermatologist?

Or, would it be effective to go to the hospital when it first starts to appear?

In addition... please recommend a moisturizer suitable for acne-prone skin!

I am using Dioprus Snail Cream.

It feels too sticky, so I don't think it suits me!
