I'm so curious about makeup.

I'm in my 20s and a beginner when it comes to cosmetics.

I also want to find natural-looking cosmetics that suit me.

Of course, I know I should use them frequently, but I still want to focus on buying the products you recommended and hear advice from those with more experience.

1. My eyes are really oily, so I want to fill in my waterline, but it smudges a lot ㅠㅠ Please recommend some waterline eyeliners, mostly pencils, that don't smudge as much ㅠㅠ
2. My face is very dry, and if I apply layers of lotion and cream on top of that, I end up getting acne, perhaps because my skin becomes too oily. What skincare products should I use to help?
3. If the cushion dries out after application and starts to cake in certain areas, would it be wise to just wipe off that part and reapply the cushion?

Please help me ㅠㅠㅠ

There are so many cosmetics out there, but it’s so hard to try them all, so I’d like to hear advice from those with a lot of experience!
