How do you manage breakouts?

It has gotten dry and cold lately, so I wonder if my skin's balance has been off, but I've been getting breakouts.

So I usually use a soothing mask and an acne patch.

I've heard that acne patches aren't very good, so I'm thinking of buying a soothing cream.

How should I manage this?
