Do I need to use a separate product for lip exfoliation?

How can it be this dry just because the weather has cooled down a bit?

I put a lot of Vaseline on before going to sleep at night.

I use the I'm From one for exfoliation because it's gentle. I'm not sure if it's for lips though lol.
