Please recommend a face oil that is good for people in their 60s.

My mom asked me to buy her some face oil. Could you please recommend a face oil suitable for people in her age group with very dry skin? I bought her Nuxe Dry Oil before, but she said it wasn't very moisturizing. I would like a product that is more hydrating than Nuxe Dry Oil and has good ingredients. Also, it would be better if the scent wasn't too strong. She mentioned that the Nuxe oil has a rather strong fragrance.

It doesn't necessarily have to be a face oil; if you know of any good products that can maintain moisture like a face oil as the last step of your skincare routine, feel free to recommend those as well :)
