How many minutes should I wait after applying basic skincare products to my face?
I tend to finish my skincare routine really quickly every morning because I'm pressed for time 😅
I apply toner, serum, cream, and even sunscreen almost non-stop, swiping them on quickly, and then do my makeup right away.
However, some days my skin is fine, but on other days, my foundation feels like it is caking or clumping.
At first, I just thought my skin didn't agree with the foundation, but then I realized that the waiting time I took after applying skincare products was different every time.
So I started wondering if there is a specific waiting time required for each product before moving on to the next step. 🤔
Should I apply the serum after the toner is fully absorbed?
Is it okay to apply the cream immediately after applying the serum?
I'm also confused about how long I should wait before applying sunscreen and starting my makeup.
I've looked it up online, and some say to wait a few minutes, while others say you can just spread it evenly on your skin and move on to the next step, so I'm even more confused.
Especially on busy mornings, waiting every time you apply a product isn't as easy as you might think.
Has anyone noticed their makeup smudging less or their skin finish changing after starting to space out their skincare routine?
I'm curious if there are many people like me who just apply it and move straight to the next step. 😊
