I'm not good at makeup, but is there a concealer that can cover dark blemishes?

I have a lot of patchy blemishes on my face.

I have freckles and pigmentation, and it makes me sad to see how dark and dingy it looks every time I see it.

When I used to use concealer, I just picked a moisturizing one and a stick type that was easy to apply.

But now those products aren't working, and my skin feels like it looks even dirtier.

The pigmentation is too dark now to just lightly cover it, so I don't think it will function as a concealer at all.

I think if I apply it thickly, it will provide perfect coverage, but then I feel like my skin would look really thick.

Thick skin makes you look older, and it feels like the skin can't breathe.

A friend recommended the Maru Bilts brand, so I'm curious what you think of it.

Also, if you happen to be wondering, could you please recommend some products?

Except for my T-zone, the rest of my face tends to be a bit dry. So I'm a little hesitant about matte finishes.
