What should I do about palettes I rarely reach for?

I received this as a gift.

There are too many with bright and intense colors.

I'm really not getting around to it. What should I do?

It feels a bit wasteful to just throw it away without using it.

How should I use color combinations? Please let me know the method.

It feels even more tricky because the colors aren't exactly unsuitable for me. Not using it at all feels a bit off, but if I do use it, the shades are quite bold and have a distinct reddish tint, so I'm really, really conflicted about the palette.
