I need a recommendation for a moisturizing cream for oily/dehydrated skin.

I have combination skin that is oily and dehydrated. Please recommend a cost-effective moisturizing cream that is good for summer use.
I used to use the Su:m Waterful Moisture Cream, and it wasn't bad.

But I've used it all up and I'm thinking of trying a different product, but there are so many that choosing one is a chore~~

Sum products are a bit pricey, too...

For now, I'm managing with all sorts of samples I have at home haha. Please give me some recommendations.
