How do you manage facial flushing that worsens in the cold winter?
My concern these days is facial flushing, where my face turns red.
In other seasons, when I exercise or go to a sauna, my face turns red temporarily but cools down quickly and returns to its original color. However, in winter, if I go indoors after being outside or turn on the heater in a car, my flushed face doesn't cool down. This has always bothered me since puberty. Back then, adults used to say it would get better as I got older... but it remains the same.
The method I found to prevent facial flushing is
I am doing exercises focused on stretching rather than those involving temperature changes.
I also avoid using water that is too hot or too cold when washing my face, and I apply products that help with moisturization.
My skin is sensitive, so will my face turn red?
If you know of any good products that can help with facial flushing, please recommend them.
