What highly moisturizing lotion or basic skincare products do you use?

Although it is still hot, I have dry skin, so there are times when my skin gets dry and breaks out starting from the transitional season.

It's been getting cool in the mornings and evenings lately, and I've been seeing signs of it.

So I'm planning to switch my skincare routine back to a highly moisturizing one, but I'm thinking of buying a new one instead of using what I'm currently using.
