They say you are supposed to use sunscreen all year round, but I don't really find myself reaching for it. Since I sweat a lot, even if I apply sunscreen, the sweat runs down during the summer, making me feel uncomfortable and sticky, so I end up not being able to use it.
Aside from sweating a lot, my skin seems to be dry, but I haven't really paid attention to sunscreen until now. For someone like me with dry skin who sweats a lot, what kind of sunscreen for dry skin would be best?
I've heard that cream-type mineral or hybrid sunscreens with high moisturizing power are good for dry skin, but I'm not sure how to distinguish them when buying sunscreen. I used to think all sunscreens were the same, but while researching recently, I found that there are sunscreens for dry skin and others for oily skin, so I'm a bit confused.
From now on, I need to make sure I understand sunscreen properly before applying it. Since skin is difficult to recover once damaged, they say it is best to effectively block UV rays and prevent damage, so I want to make sure I apply it correctly. I haven't seen any specific comments on the one I use at home, either.
Should I just search for "sunscreen for dry skin"?
