Parnell Cica Manu Serum Cushion

Has anyone tried the Parnell Cica Manu Serum Cushion? It seems to be super popular among the cushions sold at Olive Young these days. I heard it has the best coverage among cushions that correct redness, so I'm asking because I'm curious if it covers localized pigmentation well besides redness, and how it is for dry skin. The Olive Young rating is 4.5, but there is a big gap between the best reviews and the regular reviews, so it's hard to decide whether to buy it.
