I’d like to introduce Sixteen Brand’s Water Powder Tone-Up Cream. While tone-up creams often tend to smudge or apply too tightly, this cream is moisturizing and spreads smoothly. It offers triple benefits of whitening, anti-wrinkle effects, and UV protection with SPF50+ / PA+++. Although I wouldn't say the coverage is exceptional, it is sufficient for use as a primer and base makeup. I find that heavy makeup in the summer makes me feel hot just by looking at it. I think applying this product and then reapplying the line after letting it sit for a while after going out is a convenient way to manage my makeup without any hassle.
